人力资源在澳洲职业列表中占了两个职位，分别是

 132311 Human Resource Manager 

 223111 Human Resource Advisor

人力资源经理是AIM技术评估机构

AIM - 澳洲管理协会经理类职业评估 Australian Institute of Management：评估不需要雅思，评估函有效期为2年。

评估过程中需要提供学历和工作经验的证明之外，主要是需要提供公司完整的组织架构图。这个职位虽然对学历没有严格的要求，但是要求所就职的公司的组织架构图清晰且明朗。

要求人力资源经理直接将工作内容上报CEO，并且在公司中担任领导职位，领导公司的人力资源团队。工作内容主要是对公司整个业务的统筹和管理。

人力资源经理的主要工作职能为：

•  确定、实施、监控、检查、评估人力资源管理策略、政策和计划以满足业务需求 determining, implementing, monitoring, reviewing and evaluating human resource management strategies, policies and plans to meet business needs

•  协助其他经理进行合理的招聘与选拔、培训发展计划 advising and assisting other Managers in applying sound recruitment and selection practices, and appropriate induction, training and development programs

•  开发实施绩效管理系统，用于评价和提高个人与团队的表现 developing and implementing performance management systems to plan, appraise and improve individual and team performance

•  代表组织与工会和员工谈判，以确定薪酬和其他就业条件 representing the organisation in negotiations with unions and employees to determine remuneration and other conditions of employment

•  制定和实施职业健康和安全计划和平等就业机会的计划，并确保遵守相关法规的要求developing and implementing occupational health and safety programs and equal employment opportunity programs, and ensuring compliance with related statutory requirements

•  监督裁员与其他的从业人员精简政策 overseeing the application of redundancy and other employee retrenchment policies

•  监督雇佣成本与生产力水平 monitoring employment costs and productivity levels

•  针对人人事和劳资关系事宜对给其他经理提供培训和指导建议 may train and advise other Managers in personnel and workplace relations matters

职业评估之后就是申请州担保：

目前人力资源经理的最优方案是 Human Resources Management类别中的人力资源经理在维州190的州担保列表中。要求最低5年以上的工作经验，雅思四个6分以上，或者等同的英语成绩（PTE四个50）。

维州190是一步到位的永久居民，需要在签证下签后在维州生活2年之后可以去澳洲其他州或者城市生活。（维州首府是澳洲的第二大城市墨尔本）
